West Forest Students Election Prediction Contest

Mr. John Wortman’s social studies classes at West Forest High School participated in an election prediction contest. Students in grades 7 – 12 researched polling, past election trends, and campaign schedules to try and project the final results in the 60th quadrennial presidential election between President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. Three students correctly projected 49 out of 50 states and the District of Columbia. From left to right: Gabriel Busch, Ezra Busch, and Ariana Millard. Students also researched polling, past election trends, and split-ticket voting to project the United States Senate elections this year. Gabriel Busch correctly predicted every single Senate election. Congratulations to Gabe, Ezra, and Ariana!
