The Forest Area Sports Boosters Organization, supporting both East and West Forest Schools in Forest County, is conducting a community-wide clothing drive for the entire month of November. The effort has already collected an impressive over 1,600 pounds of gently used clothing thanks to the enthusiastic participation of students and teachers who filled donation bags distributed across the schools. The boosters receive a monetary donation from Goodwill based on the total weight collected, with all proceeds staying within the district to support the organization’s mission. The following individuals were integral to the project’s success: Brody Hartle, Jacob Glass, Vera Heferle, Hailee Oliver and Alex Carroll.
