PennDOT visited West Forest Elementary to talk about Pedestrian Safety. Mr. Saxon Daugherty and Mr. Michael Tautin read a story about Clifford the Big Red Dog and Pedestrian safety to the students. Mr. Daugherty and Mr. Tautin presented on the importance of following all pedestrian rules and laws. They also spoke about Seat Belt Safety and Bus Safety to the students. PennDOT provided students with an activity worksheet and each classroom with a copy of the book.
