Two Forest Area FCCLA students, Alison McLaughlin and Alanah Wagner, recently presented their Suicide Awareness and Prevention project to the Forest Area School Board in preparation for competition at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C.
The students shared how their project promotes mental health awareness, encourages open conversations, and connects students with important resources within our schools. We are proud of their hard work and dedication and wish all of our FCCLA members good luck as they represent Forest Area on the national stage!
