Forest Area Represented at Junior High District Chorus

Six students were chosen to represent Forest Area at the PMEA Junior District Chorus Festival under the direction of their choir teacher, Mrs. Lori Beatty. Kale Morrison, Kiarra Wagner and Izabella Wagner were selected from West Forest and Grace Cornman, Leah Losey and Hailee Oliver were selected from East Forest.  Kale represented WF by himself (first picture) and Grace, Leah and Hailee (second picture, left to right) sang for East Forest at the concert, held at the DuBois Middle School on Friday, November 22.  They worked with several guest conductors to present a wonderful concert that evening. Due to the small size of the auditorium, the concert was not open to the public and each participant only received two tickets for guests to come and watch their performance.
