Two East Forest students, Vera Heferle and Jacob Glass, recently hosted a soup dinner fundraiser at the MACA building in Marienville as part of their service project for FCCLA this year. The two seventh graders advertised the event, collected donations, organized soup contributions, helped serve and worked at the event. They will be presenting their project in March at the PA FCCLA State Leadership Conference at Seven Springs Ski Resort. They would like to thank all those who helped in any way in supporting this event. They raised over $900 dollars to donate to the MACA Pool to help with costs for the community pool.
