At East Forest High School, students in Mrs. Gilara’s Family and Consumer Science classes learn about emerging issues and new trends. This month, they are learning to cook Gluten-free, as many people are adapting their diets to live without this ingredient. Taylor Oliver and Kaylie Rooke are preparing spinach-artichoke sausage with homemade cauliflower gnocchi for their advanced cooking class.
