East Forest School hosted a fun-filled Maker Night on May 6th as part of the Remake Learning Days Festival. Parents, grandparents, community members, teachers and students had fun exploring a variety of hands-on learning stations, organized by the Girl Scouts, Department of Health, WQED, Riverview IU6, PTO, and Forest Area School District’s Art, Library, and Speech Programs. Activities included card stamping, robot driving, storytelling, weaving, duck decorating, Lego and magnetic block building, and a book fair. It was a wonderful evening of creativity and learning, and a great time was had by all!
