East Forest Elementary Students Visit Loleta Recreation Area~

East Forest students in grades 3 and 4 experienced their annual trip to Loleta last week. The students spent the morning hiking to the mountaintop overlook. In the afternoon, they spent time exploring the nearby creek. They found living things and evaluated the cleanliness of the water based on the species of animals that they found.
