East Forest 5th and 6th Graders Make Planter Boxes

East Forest 5th and 6th graders are working with Mr. Donato in our new STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Music) class to create planter boxes. The plan is for them to plant and grow lettuce in the planters. In this photo, you can see Gage Walton and Mr. Donato making holes in the bottom of the planter box.
