Mr. Pappas’ 3rd and 4th Grade Social Studies classes recently wrapped up a unit on marketing with a fun, hands-on lemonade stand simulation. Students were challenged to create their own lemonade stand businesses and think like entrepreneurs. As part of the project, they developed marketing campaigns to promote their businesses, including designing colorful and creative posters to attract customers. Through the activity, students had the opportunity to explore how advertising, creativity, and presentation can help promote a product and attract customers. Most importantly, they had a great time putting their ideas into action and bringing their lemonade stand businesses to life.
