The Titusville Regional Literacy Council (TRLC) is now offering Digital Literacy classes. They will have labs set up in both Titusville High School and West Forest Elementary/Secondary School in the TRLC classrooms. They are also in the process of actively recruiting for a mobile class in Marienville in collaboration with Marienville Area Library.
