The College in High School registration window is now open! Students are able to register for courses that are available at East Forest and West Forest. These may include: Calculus, PreCalculus, English Composition I, Concepts of Modern Physics, Concepts of Biology, and American Political Process. These classes are taught during the school day by Forest Area teachers. Students will earn Forest Area school credit, and they also have the option to register for college credit through Pitt Bradford. The cost is $50 per college credit for each course ($150 or $200 per course), and students can register up to four courses per year. We ask that all applications be returned by Friday, October 24.
In addition, students will have the opportunity to participate in dual enrollment courses through PennWest Clarion and Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC) this spring. These dual enrollment courses will be free of cost to students. They will be asynchronous courses that students can take at any time, anywhere they have an internet connection, and are strictly for college credit.
