In May of 2022, the West Forest second and seventh grade classes had an opportunity to tour several Tionesta sights: Sherman Memorial Lighthouse, Tionesta Historic Museum, and the Tionesta courthouse. Most of the students have walked around the lighthouse before, but had never been inside the lighthouse. Judge Miller and the courthouse staff did a great job explaining the way a hearing might occur and showed us all of the different departments available to the public. The Historical staff showed us what Tionesta was like many years ago and how it became our home.
