Summer Music and Arts Program
The Forest Area School District is excited to announce it will be continuing the summer music and arts program. This year’s program will run from Monday, June 13th – Thursday, June 17th, 2022. Instruction and rehearsal days will last from 9 AM until 11 AM at West Forest and from 12 PM to 2 PM at East Forest. Students will be working on improvisational skills, monologues, scenes with multiple actors and actresses, individual singing performances, and group singing numbers. On Thursday, June 17th, 2022 from 10 AM to 11 AM for West and from 1 PM to 2 PM for East there will be a performance for kids to show their families and friends what they worked on. Specific locations for both East and West Forest will be announced soon. FASD students who have completed grades 5 and 6 are eligible as well as Jr./Sr. High School students.
