Rate: $18.16 per hour
Full-time 8.0 hours per day 240 day positions. The applicant will be responsible for maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility; providing adequate arrangements for meetings, classroom activities and events; and minimizing property damage, loss and liability exposure. This position requires manual work relating to efficient performance of general cleaning and routine maintenance tasks. The job requires thorough execution of simple cleaning tasks which follow an established routine, and other job assignments as given by the maintenance supervisor. Days of the week may occasionally include Saturday.
This position will be part of the Forest Area Educational Support Personnel Association. Competitive benefits included.
Experience with or these qualifications preferred: Candidates must possess knowledge of: cleaning methods, materials, and equipment, supplies, safe work practices, along with use of tools and minor repair to furniture, equipment, and building. Candidate must have the ability to operate grounds equipment, lift 50 lbs., adhere to safe work practices, and comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
