West Forest Pre-K Learns About Farms

The children in Mrs. Fish’s Pre-K classroom recently finished their farm study where they enjoyed role playing while learning about the responsibilities and work of a farmer. Thanks to Mr. Mark Baker, who made an interactive barn, apple tree, and sheep, the children learned about animals that live on a farm and how to shear a sheep. The students also participated in milking a cow, making butter, planting vegetables, and sampling apple products.
