COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic July 15

Titusville Area Hospital will be Holding a Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Thursday, July 15th.

  • This clinic is open to the public and available to individuals 12 years and older. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Walk-in appointments will not be available.
  • The second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 will be administered on Thursday, August 5th.
